Those last two items are very often handled smoothly and professionally by a real estate agent, and so that’s why I often choose to work with agents to negotiate and close my sales.
Sitting down with your tablet or an old-fashioned pen and paper will force you to focus on the people who might be looking for your home now. Those people might need to move into the neighborhood for their own reasons, to be near relatives or services. Think about those things and you’ll be miles ahead when it comes time to find your buyer when you’re selling your home fast. Make your list and then start reaching out wherever those people may be found. This is where the thinking and planning comes in handy, because it helps you focus your marketing efforts on the right people. At least it gives you a good start.
